Approved returns
The item must meet the return conditions and be received and inspected where a return is required. The seller will communicate the outcome by email.
Cash on Delivery orders
For an eligible Cash on Delivery order, any approved refund arrangement will be coordinated directly by email. No online payment method is offered by this website.
Processing
Processing time and refund arrangements depend on the review and the agreed resolution. No fixed timeline is promised here.
Non-refundable situations
Requests outside the return conditions, or orders where no eligible issue is confirmed, may not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable law.
