If an accepted delivery is damaged, incorrect, or has a significant issue compared with the confirmed order, contact us by email with the order reference and a clear description.
Size-related issues
Please check the size options shown for each item before ordering. Size exchanges are subject to product availability and confirmation by the seller.
Product condition
Keep the item unused, unwashed and with its original tags and packaging while a request is being reviewed.
Request process
Email shreekhodiyartextiile@gmail.com with your order reference, the reason for the request and relevant photographs where applicable. Wait for instructions before sending an item back.
Cancellation
A cancellation request should be sent promptly by email. It can only be accepted before dispatch and after seller confirmation.
Non-returnable conditions
Items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or returned without approval may not be eligible, subject to applicable law.
